ID this component group?

Going to see this bike tonight, a Bianchi Campione d'Italia (c. 1995?). The owner is 'pretty sure' it has shimano components. I'm thinking the rear derailleur doesn't look right, and I'd be interested to hear what others think. Might I be looking at Ofmega or Campy?

Sorry for the fuzzy pic, but it's all I have to work with.
