Not a bad ride today, despite the windy conditions. It's deceiving though, just how warm one is able to keep whilst riding. I was comfortable in shorts, jersey and arm warmers this morning (no jacket or base layer). However, we had a fire safety course at work, involving some outdoor demonstrations and as an inactive spectator felt very cold despite extra layers and long trousers. One more reason not to get off the bike!
