Bikes: Gazelle Trim Trophy, EG Bates Track Bike, HR Bates Cantiflex bike, Nigel Dean fixed gear conversion, Raleigh Royal, Falcon Westminster.

I would adjust them so that the angle where the cable runs over the yoke is about 30 degrees. You won't be far wrong.
