hah... It's actually changed a lot in the past 5 years or so (I think the market got better once they got rid of me), but yeah, still a wee bit more affordable than here. Plus you know, you don't have to drive for 2 hours from downtown in order to find some empty land. In fact, my Mom owns a really small plot of land alongside a river about 500m from the ocean. Perfect for a little place with a rooftop patio. Then again, do I want to move back there? Not so much. 1 week a year is enough for me!
