Bikes: Surly Krampus, Surly Straggler, Pivot Mach 6, Bike Friday Tikit, Bike Friday Tandem, Santa Cruz Nomad

I don't cook on tour unless absolutely essential. My best meal experiences were the awesome little tacos stands throughout the Baja.
