Phil's Tenacious Oil DOES attract crap like flies to a cow patty. I've found that it works great in S/A three speed hubs, but I wouldn't use it on a chain due to it's dirt magnet nature. Personally I've tried just about every chain lube out there and now I use Boeshield (now available at your neighborhood SEARS) I absolutely love the stuff.
