I'll tell ya what. I don't know if it's "runners high" but, when i pull into my driveway i want nothing more then for the ride to end, but after i shower and sit down i already want to go out and do it again. It really is a good feeling, not sure if its accomplishment or a sense of well being or the desire to improve or a mixture of it all, but i can't seem to get enough of it.
