I'll give a shout out to Wheel Away Center in Campbell (Hamilton Ave), especially the shop but the sales guys are pretty cool too.

Bummed to hear what you said about Cupertino Bikes; I visit there sometimes, they all seemed to be reasonable folks. There is an older guy who wrenches there that is very good.
