Haha! How about using a spoke wrench first, and bending the rim on your knee as a last resort?

Also, is the ERD (effective rim diameter) basically the same for every BMX rim? With 700c rims, you have to make sure the spokes are the proper length.

Are you going to build your own wheel, tmowery?
