Went to the LBS first thing this morning. Scott, the owner, checked it out, tightened the bolt using blue loctite and degreased my chain, pulleys, etc. He noted that, even though the bolts come with blue Loctite from the factory, his experience is that bolting everything together with the Loctite wet is the way to go. This is consistent with my experience with the screws in my Speedplay cleats. Will have to check this frequently until I'm sure it's secure. All gratis, btw.
