Nah, O'Grady was a track enduro; his disciplines were pursuit, points race, and team pursuit, so he's an exemplar of the abovementioned notion that track enduro = road sprinter.
The real sprinters are the guys who don't really care about anything longer than 200 meters, except for maybe the keirin and the kilo.
