I just bought the pcs-9 today. Having nothing to compare it to I think it is very stable. If youre on a budget but still want a quality stand I would recommend it (well from the use ive gotten out of it so far). I tilted it it with my roadbike on there to see how far it would have to go before it would tip over, and unless you run into it i dont think it will tip over. but hey, what do i know? haha.
