I have the stock '06 saddle Selle but have considered going with the Terry Fly.

Are you wearing cycling shorts?
Are you wearing underwear?

It took me about while to get rid of saddle sores (like 75 miles or so of weekend riding). Whenever I ride, I ride in cycling tights (Peal Izumi or Sugoi - both purchased on clearance) or MTB shorts with synthetic chamois. That did the trick. YMMV
