This is embarrassing for me, because I assume it's simple. It must be worse for my LBS, who -- in all fairness -- ordinarily handles Shimano stuff.
I downloaded the manual from Campagnolo. It shows how they are supposed to slide right out, but is there a trick to it? Help!
No trick, they do slide out. However, they are rather stubborn. I wish I had some tips, but I don't. A lot of f-bombs tend to help me.
