Wow, that's pretty bad that you were heckled.

I rode the Houston ROS, which was an approx. 8 mile round trip from the med center through downtown and back. We didn't have any identifying banners or ******* or anything. All of the cars were really considerate, and even the busses were pretty reasonable. A couple of folks asked us what race we were training for, and when we explained the purpose of the ride, it seemed to make them stop and think a little bit.

Big props to the 8-10 (?) year old girls riding with their father in the pack with us. They were little troopers!
