Bikes: Bacchetta Giro A20, RANS V-Rex, RANS Screamer

Bike Nashbar lists stainless derailleur housing ends as 4mm and brake housing ends as 5mm. They sell them by the bottleful. And, of course, Harris Cyclery sells them.
