Just converted my commuter wheel setup to tubeless. So far so good! they're on the back porch bubbling a little bit as the Stan's soaks in and seals it all up.

I used the $5 Maxxis rim strips, ordered a size a touch too wide but they went on okay. The Marathon tires fit on the rims TIGHT and i was able to air them up, first try, with a floor pump. Whoo!

tomorrow, assiming they hold air overnight, is the maiden ride. Wish me luck! whoO!

even with the Marathon's i've had 3 punctures (glass and metal shards) in the last few months tubeless, I hope, will be the ultimate bulletproof ride
