FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS are all over $500 to ship a bike box internationally.
That's how much it costs. Try a shipping broker from the phone book for better rates, or send it in a crate via sea if you want cheap.

I know IRO ships bikes overseas for about $150. Why don't you call them and ask how they ship?
