a well placed bottle like the bontrager or arundel(very low on the frame, may even have to drill new holes) is more efficient than the camelback under the skinsuit. This is provided you can reach and return the bottle easily. the camelback adds a couple inches to your back and makes it tough to have a flat back, also you have a hose sticking out. For most of us that dont have the most optimized aero position and helmets dont run even with our backs this isnt really an issue but look at this guy.

Stallionforce's rig is a good example. the bottle is low enough to make a farning from the down tube to the seat tube. Instead of costing you aero like the camelback it is helping.
