Anotehr option would be a Pegoretti like the Duende (not sure of your budget. While the 57 says 57cm ST and TT you must keep in mind that is C-C on the ST so C-T is mor elike 59-60 cm also in his larger sizes he extends the HT, the 57 has an 18.7cm HT and is not integrated so also add the stack of your favorite headset. Goofy seat post dia though.
