Bikes: Homebuilt steel

Thanks for all the good advice! Unfortunately, I was pretty woosey after the wreck and did not capture the guys drivers licenses number and the license plate was out of state (did not get which state it was). He did give me his insurance information and an address so I'll try to chase him down that way. It's a long shot at this point but I'll try.

Regarding taking it easy and listening to my body, don't worry! My body is screaming at me - chest is sore as heck from the body slam. Went to the doctor already and they told me no broken bones and the like so that much is fine.

From my experience from a motorcycle accident I had last year (also not my fault), some insurance companies will hold it against you and others will not. Depends on the individual company. My *guess* is that the bike wreck is the same way.
