$399 for a bike saddle? this is nuts...
what kind of cow is it? how many cows do you have to kill to make one of those?
on one website I have found this:
Brooks will produced a limited edition version of
the new Swallow with hand stitching, serial numbers, certificate of authenticity, and a registraron their website. This special saddle will sell for $400. Later a "mass production"version of this saddle will become available. It will not be serialized and the price will be a little lower.
We were first told there would be 500 of these special saddles, now Brooks is saying 900.
just think of what kinda wheels you can get if you add $400 to what you gonna spend on a pair..
