I'm not exactly sure why I'm being quoted here. I was talking about how laws that apply to drivers also apply to bikers. I'm in no way condoning biking drunk (notice the quotation marks around the word "safe"). If you're drunk, stay off the road, whether on a bike or otherwise. Sorry for getting off topic.
