Yeah, it's a saddle sore-esque type thing, most likely an epidermal inclusion cyst (EIC), sebaceous cyst, or something like that. Keep the area clean and dry, make sure you're washing your shorts, etc., and it should go away. If it's not better in a few days or gets very large/red/hot/tender, it might need to be incised and drained, but that's not usually the case.
