If place of manufacture is very important to you, I doubt you will find a place that doesn't get their jerseys from China. Woolistic is able to get jerseys from Italy but you have to make a large special order. I don't know the exact number but I would guess it is over 30.

I thought there was a shot with Ibex being made in the US and most of there stuff is except the cycling jerseys. Again this is only a guess but I would think the cycling jerseys are low volume and the best way to profit is to utilize low cost labor.
