1. There was no PH12 in 1985
2. The PH10 had HLE tubing not 103 as mentioned
The only saving grace you may have are the Rival derailleurs. The PH10 had them but the P8 did not.

Q2: Does it have raindow decals on the top and seat tubes?
rainbow decals = PH10
black = PH10
Burgundy = P8
White = P8 or PH10
