Whats up with making deliveries to the House/Senate/capitol buildings? Someone said that you have to a special "pass" in order to deliver to the offices directly and in order to get it you have to pass a police check. Is this true. If so whats the check. DC police, Capitol Hill police, ect. what do they look for. Just wondering because I have some stuff from like 22 years ago and was wondering if this will come up especially if a fed agency does it.
Don't know about couriers but when I used to live and work in DC on/around the hill you had to have an FBI check done. It was pretty standard but then again I have a clean record. That was for press passes post 9/11 FYI.
