The LBS here is great. They never charge for anything that takes 5 minutes or less, will let me borrow tools to take home and return later, and and on occasion have given me surplus items (tools, hubs, etc.) if they have a bunch of them laying around.
Customer service like that is what I will remember the next time I am considering a major purchase.
