(1) hit "Menu" (button on the bottom)
(2) hit "Mode 1" (button on left) 4 times (display will now show SlCt UnIt)
(3) hit "Start/Enter" (rear of unit) (display will now show UnIt and mph/kph will flash
(4) the units (mph/kph) can now be toggled by hitting "Mode 2" (button on right)

Many thanks Wil...these are just the detailed instructions I needed. I'm fine up until step 4 (the toggle step), but once I get there, and hit Mode 2, the computer skips to the next screen instead of toggling between mph and kph. I've tried hitting the button quickly, holding it in, etc. Any further thoughts (aside from dumping it and picking up a Garmin, which looks to be increasingly popular on this board...)
