Excel Riding log

I decide to make a excel spreadsheets so I can keep track of how far I ride and my average speed in mph to see if it gose up over time. The spreadsheet has 12 tabs one for each month.
I am posting it here to see if anyone will find it useful. If you do I will take advice and add what I can to it.

I am thinking of adding a calorie calculator but not sure what to base it on distance or time l tryed both and got a big descepancy between the 2 reults they gave

There is few minor bugs in it at the moment

1. You have to enter your time in min not hours because excel dose not work tell with times.

2. If you cycle for more than 24 hours in a month the total time in hours counter will reset because it tihnks its a 24 hour clock if anyone knows how to get round this please post it here.

3. Every month has 31 days because I copyed and pasted and can not be bothered correcting it.

all feedback welcome good or bad.

the file is in excel 97-2003 format as not that many people are useing 2007 yet and you can't buy it
