Spring time clothes for commuting

So I have no fashion sense and need to look half-way presentable for work and school. Anyone have any tips for clean, non-descript clothes that you can commute with in warm weather?

Normally I just wear black or blue khaki pants with a rolled up pant leg (with a straight cut- a narrower leg opening means less material for your crankset to catch). And either a flannel shirt or hooded sweatshirt depending on the weather. I prefer long sleeves because of the sun exposure day after day.

Any tips? I've never liked bike specific or athletic clothes for riding. Looks too much like a gatorade commercial. Thanks for the help.
