Ekdog, I appreciate the article. Vibe in particular doesn't go much over 100% RDA (it has 200% for two things). I do shy away from vitamins that claim really high levels of stuff (I've seen ones with 1000%+).
However what I'd like to see is people's real experiences. If it's true that a decent diet means you don't need supplementation, then there ought to be people saying "I tried it for a month and it didn't do anything for me."
I can certainly say that about Centrum... I've taken it quite a bit and can't say I noticed any significant change. However it's also like $10 for 3 months, so who cares. Vibe is a tad more pricey. Of course, it's also true that you don't get what you don't pay for.
redtires, yeah I understand how it's marketed. I know someone who sells it, but she is understandably slightly biased
. And I don't have a real problem with it, IF it is worthwhile. That's what I want to get some feedback on before I drop $100+ on it so my wife and I can try it for a month.
