I have a Cross Check on order. I intend to put 40/42mm Marathons or Marathon Supremes on the bike. I think wider is better. The roads I commute on are rough, with a number of pot holes and RR crossings. I like the comfort and security of a wider tire. That is one of the reasons I went with the Cross Check.
