this is the type of guy that does hit and runs because its not his fault a bike was on his road. why should he stay and get sued.
Well that is quite a stretch. How do you go from a short honk and giving a wide berth to the cyclists to hit and run?
Do you think that maybe, just maybe he gave the OP plenty of room as he passed and a short honk as a courtesy, yet when chased down, followed and confronted the guy got defensive and started spouting things that he didn't believe just 10 minute prior to the confrontation?
