I remember that day. It was my favorite of all summers.
I was riding through traffic, all the people in cars were bumper to bumper looking angry or frustrated. The people on the street were all hiking north, sweating up Yonge Street, staring at me, envious. Then one guy on a motor bike said, and I'll never forget this ...
