I'm a bicycling, motorcycling, and automotive enthusiast. Those hobbies are not at odds with each other to my way of thinking. Additionally, I give a quick "shave-and-a-haircut-two-bits" toot to the horn whenever I'm passing fellow cyclists in my car.

If a rider caught up to me, gave me some lip, and then started taking pictures of me and my vehicle at my workplace...that would be bizarre. The fact that a rider was allegedly concerned for his/her safety...then following a motorist...would be regarded as escalation of a conflict by virtually any judge from coast-to-coast. I would avoid that practice in the future.
