Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.
I noticed that the blades 'read' best when going the mind boggling speed of--7 mph!
The blades also cost $30 EACH. So, you'd be spending $90 per wheel .
