Do non-profits count? LOL.

Stanford University has a commuter program. If you don't drive in, you obviously won't have to pay for the parking permit ($$$). However, on top of that, they issue you a $1800 check each year to reward your environmentally-sound commute. It's a great program, one that puts their money where their ideals are!
