Watch the e-bay listings for some bargains.
With sales being made via e-bay or web page, many buyers, including myself, have found frame size not on target, and look to unload.
I picked up the frame, fork and headset 2 weeks ago for $179, and built it with a 9 speed Mirage drivetrain that was part of my garage "surplus inventory".
Decent frames, paint seems to chip easily, but no major issues.
