For people that either build and or ride choppers, tall bikes, small bikes etc.
For people that do art and/or other unusual things with or to bikes.
For bike 'organizations' that do not fall into the typical mainstream road clubs and advocacy groups, such as ZooBomb, C.H.U.N.K., Cyclecide, etc., etc.
