No road shoe will have a concealed cleat. It goes against the entire purpose of the way they are designed. Road shoes about aerodynamics which is why the bottom is as flat as they are. They are not designed for walking, they are designed for riding.

Get ATB shoes, they are designed so you have hike your bike if needed. They are easier to walk in and come in many more styles to choose from.

Are you asking because you want to use road pedals? If that's the reason then get Speedplay pedals and ATB shoes that fit them.
