The Lake CX120 kinda gets you there. Not that you'd want to spend the day working the ward or a service counter in them. But I much prefer them to my other road shoe / look cleat combination as I can at least navigate the qwik-rip aisle without slipping and sliding.
I have those and they are solid. Good for walking around in, still a little click though
