Destroyed <1yr old Giant Carbon, now what? Crash Report

So my Giant OCR C3 is completely destroyed today after a head-on collision on a local MUP (Martin Goodman Trail, just west of Ontario Place). Part fault is on my part for going too fast and too tired on a MUP where traffic was picking up after work, but I also blame poor architecture. There's this Y fork in the road that I never thought much about, but today, it proved disasterous.

There was another cyclist beside the cyclist that I collided with, and it effectively trapped me into crashing into someone. We had maybe 1-2seconds to change our course by the time we saw each other but we both froze. Smacked right into each other head on. I felt my helmet hit something and then we were on top of each other. Luckily we both came out of it with minimal damage, at least at the time. Unfortunately my Carbon fork snapped cleanly off, and my downtube partially split apart from the impact. The other cyclist was on an old steel bike and from what I could see, only her front wheel was taco'd.

So after we picked each other off, checked each other for damage, we went our separate ways. I walked my sorry ass in socks all the way to a streetcar stop, and took it home.

All the parts on the bike are salvagable, heck my front wheel isn't even out of true. Anyone know if I can find a nice cheap replacement frame? I'm outta savings as I already bought a graduation gift for myself, so I think riding will have to wait quite a while...
