BTW, Aimee Mullins (the target of my link) has had a lot of really clueful things to say on the subject of being an athlete, model, actress, whatever with the body you've got. One of my very favorites is:

"
Inevitably you are going to fall and you are going to fail and you are going to have times when you question why you’re doing it. You have to know you’re doing it for yourself. You got yourself into this, and you are willing yourself to reach higher. You grow both as a person and as an athlete when your ability increases. Your physical body can only take you so far. It’s your emotional body, he confidence that you have about yourself as a person, that takes you to the highest level."

Kind of makes you reconsider what you can and can't do. People like Aimee Mullins, as amazing and inspirational as they are, have their days when they think, "I can't," just like the rest of us. It's what you do on that day that makes the difference.
