Ding ding ding.
I think that everyone, quite literally, has those days even if they don't want to admit it. Lord knows I have, and usually have 'em once a week (at the very least). It's ironic because I know that if I give in, usually the feeling lasts longer. If I push through it, usually it's fleeting. The better half says it's because of some silly chemical thing whee the exercise makes you feel good again, I just think it's the inner wuss getting squashed.
Anyway, she's badass. And by "badass" I mean "if I was half as good as her..". Rock on for posting this.
