Cool. Thanks again, Sparks. I just got back from 16 miles on my R1000si, so I have a good frame of reference.

I'm going over to the LBS in a little while to do my test ride. I'll let you know what happens. The LBS owner told me the same thing you are saying about the '05 six13 Vs. the '06 version. As I mentioned he rides a DA equipped '05 the same size as yours , and he told me exactly the same thing you are saying about ride/stiffness. BTW, I have family right down the road from you in Oakville. It's nice over there. later, Doug
