I've heard a lot of people say this. What is the reason? Does it have to do with getting
the muscles adapted to the new position - being bent over a lot more?
I'm curious how long on average it takes people to adapt to their aerobar fitted bike
or their TT rigs. (how many times per week for how many weeks)
