I wear compression shorts with ever other short THAN biking. The bike shorts have chamois built in them so it takes the sweat away so you dont get bike sores and chaffing..i would suggest just wearing a pair of bike shorts underneath your shorts. Bike shorts and compression shorts arent really all that different, just the bike shorts add chamois which would be a plus
