When I bought my 2007 Dahon Mu XL, one of the selling features for me was an 8 speed Nexus redline hub. I had always wanted to experiment with a good internal hub. Here in the Seattle area, we have some significant hills. I have been pleasantly surprised by the performance of the Nexus for hill-climbing.
