I picked up a 19.5inch Haro V4 steel frame at the dumps for 5$. I am wondering if it will fit my tall build. I am siz one. It looks like top tube might work. I was planning on making it fixed with no brakes and 700c wheels for ultimate urban fun. I'll have track ends brazed on from my uncle. I hope they work...
